I have always been drawn towards complementary therapies opting for a more natural approach to my personal health. I spent many years in several stressful job roles and also suffered with various food intolerances and digestive issues. Alternative medicine helped me to alleviate and manage the symptoms that I had and helped me to improve my life. After the birth of my second child, I decided to turn my passion into a reality and retrain as a complementary health practitioner in order to help others. I had always found reflexology fascinating, extremely relaxing and healing and knew this was the path I wanted to take.
I trained for a Level 5 Mastership at Contemporary Reflexology College under the tuition of Allison Walker. This is the most advanced course and the highest qualification currently available for Reflexologists in the UK, it is equivalent to a Foundation Degree or Diploma in Higher Education. I gained extensive knowledge and skills throughout my course and now never cease to be amazed at the wonderful benefits this therapy has to offer. I work uniquely with each individual tailoring the treatment to what is required for the client at that specific time. As a clinical reflexologist I also understand the importance of working holistically by treating the person and not just the condition/symptom taking into account your physical and emotional needs.
